The Official Logo of the 39th World Scout Conference and the 11th World Scout Youth Forum is composed of three main elements: The Blue and Gold Arara (Macaw) - among the many species of Brazilian Araras, the blueand- gold (Ara ararauna) is the best known for its colors that resemble the Brazilian flag.

The Blue and Green Wave - the wave represents the dynamism of Scouting, in constant “movement”. It also represents the natural resources and beauties of Brazil, highlighting the green forests and blue rivers and ocean.

The WOSM Emblem - The World Scout Conference is the highest decision-making body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, and it is intended for its members.
